Job Summary
DelonJobs is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer with expertise in web application development and VPS hosting to join our dynamic team in Abeokuta. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable applications while ensuring seamless deployment and hosting on virtual private servers (VPS). This is an onsite role for a professional passionate about creating efficient software solutions and working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain multi-layered web applications with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and clean architecture.
- VPS Hosting: Manage, configure, and maintain VPS environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and application uptime.
- Backend Development: Implement server-side logic and APIs using ASP.NET MVC, Node.JS, and Entity Framework.
- Frontend Development: Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Razor Syntax, jQuery, Vanilla JavaScript, and React.JS.
- Database Management: Work extensively with MSSQL databases, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers for efficient data handling.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality application delivery.
- System Deployment: Deploy applications seamlessly on VPS and optimize hosting environments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
- Technical Maintenance: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as needed.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience with VPS hosting, configuration, and management.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and Razor Syntax.
- Proficiency in MSSQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Experience with jQuery, Vanilla JavaScript, React.JS, and Node.JS.
- Solid understanding of multi-layered architecture and scalable solutions.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Other: Must be able to work onsite at our Abeokuta office in Ibara Housing Estate.
